Limited withdrawals include: Transfers or withdrawals to another account of the same depositor at the same bank or to a third party if made by: preauthorized transfer (recurring & ACH), automatic transfer (auto OD transfer), telephone, fax, or on-line banking transactions, & transfers to third party if made by check, draft, debit card POS or other similar order, are all “covered withdrawals”.
Unlimited withdrawals include: Transfers from one account to another account of the same depositor or withdrawals from the account if made by: in-person, use ATM machine, mail &/or messenger instructions, made by telephone via check mailed to the depositor, transfers into the account, & transfers by phone or in person to pay loan on same bank are “non-covered withdrawals”. The account will be charged $1.00 per debit if more than the six limited transactions are used per month. Note: Kahoka State Bank has the right to close or convert an account for excessive overuse (in violation if over 3 times in a 12-month period) of the account.
